Or open the Audio Tracks window and click the Add button, and select the video file. Applying Effects to Overlaid Images and Videos Overlaid images and videos are part of the Effects chain. You can control which effects are applied to the added images by changing the order of the Effects chain. Overlays at the end of the Effects chain will have no effects applied; overlays at the beginning of the Effects chain will have all effects applied.
